In response to both homeowner requests and the letter issued by Welker Development Resources regarding Parcel 7B, the Board of Directors of the Red Mountain Ranch Owners Association has issued the following letter. According to the letter the directors have taken a “neutral position” as it continues to evaluate all option and make use of legal counsel.
